The lard from each animal is packaged and ready to be rendered as cooking fat. Select if you would like pork or beef lard, then heat it up in a skillet until it becomes the creamy cooking fat you can save and store for a long time in your fridge. This is one way we try to use every part of the animal. Each package is roughly 3-5 pounds.
