Bring your yoga mat, your camera, and a friend for a fun-filled session of outdoor Goat Yoga. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying it for the first time, this event offers the perfect mix of movement and joy.
You'll flow through a fun, beginner-friendly session led by a certified instructor, while a crew of playful mini goats wanders around doing what they do best: hopping on your back, "helping" you with your moves, posing for photos, and snuggling up for adorable goat cuddles that will melt your heart.
After your practice, stick around and visit all the women's wellness vendors.
