Cancellation Policy

Due to the scheduling of delivery, we do not allow cancellations and do not provide refunds for a booking with the goats. If an emergency comes up, we can reschedule with a $30 scheduling charge. This will cover a percentage of the lost income for our goat wranglers. The rescheduling with be at the discretion of Goat Shenanigans. For the safety of our goats, Goat Shenanigans reserves the right to deem a location unsafe for the goats. If this is the case, then Goat Shenanigans will issue a refund to the customer and not fulfill the goat visit request. By purchasing the goat visit, you are agreeing that Goat shenanigans will not be help liable for any damage to personal property or to any person. The goats are livestock and should be handled with caution.
